Every wedding is an adventure for us, and this Labor Day was no different. Two weddings and Tropical Storm Lee gave us quite a challenge with the weather. Luckily, our brides took it in stride and we forged ahead with two amazing weddings. We’re going to give them both a little sneak peek to highlight how even such a stormy wedding day can attribute to a great photography portfolio.
We’ll start with Laura & Matt…. Laura’s dream beach wedding was moved into the Meeting House at Carillon, but we did make it down to the shoreline for some photos and it was dramatically beautiful. Laura & her bridesmaids decided to be “Lee” fashionable with accessories to brighten the day!
Jennifer and Phillip were married the Sunday before Labor Day, and their Pensacola wedding was just as stormy. Luckily, their wedding was in a church with an inside reception as The Officers Club at Pensacola NAS. We had to work around the weather to get some outside photos, but we did get lucky a couple of times and it turned out great! Nancy’s Haute’ Affairs did a fantastic job of making the day go as smoothly as possible.
Huge congrats to our couples for being such troopers!
